Clean the scalp every morning with mild shampoo (free from SLS-Sodium Lauryl Sulfate).

Do not shampoo in the evening.

Do not use hot water or heat treatment.

Do not use shampoos or conditioners which leave film that contain chemicals which obstruct the hair pores such as simethicone, diethanolamide (DEA), lanolin, etc., obstruct which are commonly used in conditioning shampoos or conditioners.

Taking care of hair

Do not rub or comb the hair while it is wet. Preferably, hair should be dried naturally and in case a hair dryer is needed, direct the hair dryer airflow in parallel with the scalp and not onto the scalp (the scalp should not be warmed by the dryer, dry only on the hair).

Comb hair according to the hair direction (comb left side to the left, comb right side to the right and back side to the back) with a comb, which has enough space for the hair to pass between the teeth of the comb without pulling the hair.
2.3
Do not comb the hair with a comb, which causes static electricity such as plastic or metal combs. Use a natural comb, which is made from wood or horn.
2.4
Do not rub the scalp with finger-tip. Gently massage can be done with the palm to help blood circulation.

Do not pull or hold the hair tightly.

Food
3.1
Nutritious food rich in natural vitamin A B C E, beta carotene, protein, minerals, and antioxidants is recommended such as pumpkin, brewer's yeast, fresh fruits, sesame spirulina carrot, almond, beans, oyster and herbs.
3.2
Avoid food which promote hair-loss and gray hair such as salty, spicy food, the horse tamarind, chicken fed with hormones, chocolate, alcohol, MSG, butter (Ghee or purified butter is recommended.)

Activity
4.1
Avoid increasing Pitta (one type of the dosha in the body which causes hair loss.) such as late bedtime, anger, stress, salty and spicy food, and excessive sex activity.
4.2
Lie with the lower head while the feet are higher than the body.
4.3
Proper exercise, enjoy life, do meditation to reduce stress.
4.4
Avoid corrosive or irritating chemical contact such as high chlorine water, hair dye, hair perm or SLS containing shampoo.
4.5
Steaming the hair at high temperature will cause hair damage
- Gentle massage (not rub) will help blood circulation and hair growing
4.6
Change the pillow case, comb, towel, everyday in case of Demodex infection.
